Is your teen addicted to their cell phone?

If yes, we have something for you

Hey there! We know we usually send these out on Wednesday, but we couldn’t wait any longer! Our Screen Sense Guide is HERE!!! Consider this your ultimate guide to navigating teen cell phone use. We’ve spent the last 6 months working on this, and we truly believe it’s the only thing on the market like this! Read below to learn more 🙂

A Holiday Miracle: Getting Your Teen’s Cell Phone Use in Check

Over the last few years as our kids have gotten older, we’ve fielded fewer and fewer desperate pleas to send a wish list to Santa. Don’t get us wrong, they still wish for plenty. But our kids are hitting the age where they know mom & dad are the surest path to getting what they want under the tree.

So, uh…can we take their place? Can we send a wish list to the big guy up in the North Pole? Or hope for a Thanksgiving miracle? Because we know exactly what we want: our kids to put down their d*mn phones and be present with their family.

Here’s a few reasons why:

  1. Growing up in this digital age is incredibly difficult, to the point where the US Surgeon General issued a warning label for the harm social media can cause.

  2. We want our kids to enjoy every minute of childhood instead of missing the best parts because they’ve got their eyes glued to the screen.

Any parent who’s said “put down your phone for a second” knows the kind of reaction that gets from a hormonal teen. It can feel daunting to take this major parenting task on solo (hence the wish for that holiday miracle).

But we’re here to help with Screen Sense: The Ultimate Parent's Guide to Navigating Teen Cell Phone Use.

It’s our new workshop, a step-by-step guide to help protect your child online with essential phone and social media safety tools. To keep your kids safe and smart on the internet, you need more than just an understanding of the technology—you need to know how to navigate it. We’ll equip you with both, so you can confidently guide your child through the digital world and help them use technology responsibly. And maybe even get them to rejoin family dinner.

The details we’re covering in the workshop:

  • A breakdown of major social platforms and how to set privacy settings

  • How to set up screen time, downtime, and boundaries with your child’s phone

  • Teaching your kids appropriate social etiquette

  • Support for parents—so you never feel alone in this journey

Oh, and good news: The first 100 people who purchase this new course will get access to our community of helpful, hopeful parents, The Common Parent, for free (our two favorite words) with their purchase of the $49.97 ($CAN69.97) workshop.

We’re not experts, but we’ve been through it. With 7 kids between us (ages 9–18), we’ve faced every challenge tech throws at modern parents. While there’s no foolproof solution for making it all picture perfect, there are steps you can take to help your kids manage technology wisely.

At the end of the day, all we want is for our kids to come to us when there’s a problem, so we can protect them and teach them how to protect themselves. This course is everything we wish we knew years ago, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Get lifetime access to the course!

Thank you for reading, and we hope this parenting workshop is helpful for you. We’ve learned a ton in putting it together.
